 - Pre-privatisation assistance to improve management capacity of electricity distribution companies (DISCOs) - Phare Project BG 9805-01-01-04/03 in Consortium with ESBI, Ireland – leader, 2001.

- PHARE Multi-country Project "Energy Charter Treaty - Round III", as a local partner with EXERGIA S.A., Greece – coordinator, 1999.

- PHARE Project BG 9508-01-03 "Assistance with the Establishment of Energy Regulatory Authority", in Consortium led by SOGES, Italy, 1999.
